The fun thing about mages is that almost every weapon works in a unique way. While other classes basically uses the same weapons with little tweaks, only some being special.
The bad thing about that is that when the weapon you adore because it has an unique characteristic is not usefull anymore, its very difficult to find a replacement, because that weapon is unique
Underrated opinion (maybe): betsy's wrath is actually solid Mage weapon, and solid support weapon for other Class, because the Betsy's curse can reduce 40 defense, and can stack with ichor debuff, easily reduce 60-55 defense

some information is incorrect, for example the wand of sparking doesn't have 7 mana use, it has 2, and the stellar tune has a 2% chance of dropping, not 25%
I feel like slow 2eapone wbut with high damage aren't the best, but like ones with low damage but with very high speed and stays there and does more damage, and so it adds up
There are more factors than just usage speed and damage that make terraria weapons good or bad. Like the poison/venom staff, sniper, onyx blaster and musket are all amazing slow weapons.
It's quite hard to explain, but I use InShot for editing this You gonna have to explore the app yourself, its quite simple. But tedious at the same time
