Sir Acuzar ano nangyari sa Pasig river esplanade....yung mga design ng shops d nag match sa Neo Classical design ng Esplanade...yung mga shops para lang mga tindahan sa kalye....yung mga signboard ng mga shops dapat maliit lang at uniform in size lahat....yung magandang Neo Classical design now looks bulgar , nawala yung elegance n charm ng esplanade
