You gotta keep those legs str8 entering the water. The idea in diving is to disturb the surface as little as possible. Ground is bracing for impact. Water is preparing for penetration.

I get the extra scare with water over ground. I put it down to ground is always hard, where as if water slaps as I enter it takes a second to know if I slightly or fully fluffed up. It's like an extra spare because it should be soft. 🤷♂️

This was really good. Next time you go to America you should do freestyle cliff diving with Nick Coulter, Robert Wall and their group. What they do is insane.
Would be great if you two could do some water parkour. I'll bet Rhiannon's bails would look amazing, and what might be high consequence drops for someone else (obviously) over water could be well within her reach. If that's too risky, a belly flop contest at Camp Woodward would be geat fun with a pro like her. Great vid.
