Here's what happened in the 2023 World Series
The Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series wrapped its 14th season, crowning two brand new champions at the sixth and final stop in Auckland, New Zealand.
After six stops taking in natural and urban locations around the globe, including Asia, North America, Europe and New Zealand, and spanning a record 34 weeks across two calendar years, the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series will take a break for a few months before returning for a brand-new season this summer.

How often do you guys train and practice?

that totally depends on the diver, some train more and some less 💪 also depends if they are fit or sparing there body because of injuries
