Emmm, as a person working in that area, I can tell you that very few people will take that stairs full of pigeons😂, we usually either cross the road and get up from the other side, or get in the Central Market and get to the escalator from 2nd floor of the Market😅

I think the Italian guy should not use the adjective of creative, those dishes are traditional dishes in Hong Kong. It is just not Italian food, not meaning it is some kind of new dishes.
The way he said creative means how our old people could come up with such good ways to make food tgt, like a way that’s rarely seen in other places or he can hardly imagine, that is so good. That’s a simple compliment.
As a HongKonger, iam sad that you guys couldnt experience the best time of HK. Hong Kong have already changed to something else. i think some of the tourists can feel that after their trips to HongKong which were after covid. Hong Kong is not as enenergetic and fun anymore, also made some of us locals dont want to promote HongKong to forenigers no more but warn them before coming.
