Thanks, I cut the bottom off and made it flat to clear the banshee shock, then i got a prodesign filter setup and the used the outer wears cover as the lid. Most of the box if still intact. The breather i got from autozone, and i drilled a hole in the box and ran the hose thru it and put the breather on.
You can use the oil cooler from the Yamaha Big Bear 400 or a Yamaha Wolverine 350. It pretty much bolts on, all you have to do is drill into the clutch cover and mount it up right as far as I know. I've never done one, but my brother has and that's all i saw him do with his. Hope i helped.
no i can do it all i need is the shop to bore the jug. curious how much that would cost i also seen in your video you have oversized valves and valves springs do you have to buy those when you bore it out
I would advise not to use it. I got rid of it right away after trying it. It outs the shocks at a terrible angle making them super super soft and it's very heavy. But I got it off of eBay. I'm not sure what the brand was. Sorry
okay ill check it out ill let you know if it works but could it maybe be the valves that need to be adjusted and ill give u the video link of the warrior backfiring youll hear it when it revs down.
hey, im doing the same thing with my air box. did u cut the box lid around the edges to keep the mounting and the crank case section on the lid and then put the outer wears over it? or... did u just leave the crank case section and chop the rest off and just have the outerwears and your lid? lmk man im stumped haha. also what kinda crank case breather is that and did u just drill a hole and stick the hose threw and put that breather on it? where did u get it from? thanks man. i admire your work
@jasmith97 The swingarm is longer for better stability on hill climbs, its what i like to do. Make jumping a bit hard since its longer. I dont care for nerfbars so thats ur choice haha. I never tried a stock clutch on mine, but its easy to pull now
hey i was wondering if u could give me some directions on how u put on the oil cooler and attached the hoses because i see people put the hose on the other side with the clutch and i was wondering if i can just hook it up right to were the oil filter is thanks i really want to know
Maybe a bit crazy but i promise it will pull on a shity 400ex. I really dont have as much into it as ppl think. Its my passion so why not have a nice quad to ride on. Its BULLETPROOF too. Cant say that about some of the other brands.
Have you ever had any problems with the top motor mounts? Mine are broken and I was wondering of I need to replace them immediately or if it's something I could just put behind me for now
Hey man I'm hoping you can help me out, what direct shifter did you put on the warrior,I'm looking for a year and make so I can get rid of the linkage thing, thanks bro
oh okay and how much was it and i got another question i just got a 2000 warrior 350 and now i here like a intake backfire when i give it gas and then when it revs down it happens what do u think it is Thanks
They will bolt up but they are wayy to long and bottom out the ball joints on full front end droop. i put the relocation kit on and they bolted up fine but the angle it puts them at make the front end to low and they would bottom out easy. So i switched the 700r raptor Fox Float R's and they are the cats ass
hey can u tell me whats wrong i just adjusted the valves i set the intake valve to .06 and the exhaust valve to .12 and everything is stock and i can still here clicking in the engine. thanks here's the video link
I don't anymore. But the one in this video was a Lonestar swingarm for the warrior with a YFZ 450 carb model LSR carrier. It worked but I had to take material away on the swingarm and sprocket Hub to get the chain to line up correctly.
Michael Clay I use my own warrior to make them so the chain and everything else will line up. shansen917@yahoo.com is my email if you want to get one made. I also need you to send a stick one for me to use the pivot tube on the new one. and what ever skid plate you run, I need it, I fit them to the swingarms. then I send everything back when it's done
Im not reall sure i had a guy build the head for me and i put it all back together. The place is called Advanced Machining out of PA. They have a reall nice web site also
Yeah the warriors are bad for breaking them. Dont let it go long, it will cause bad vibrations. I made me a set out of 1/8" plate so there are alot stronger than stock.
If you have them do all the labor of tearing the motor down and everything else its not gonna be worth it IMO. The only thing i ever let any shop touch on my quads or car is to do the machining that i dont have the tools for. Everything else is down by me. Get ya a Clymer manual and learn the quad, it'll be alot cheaper in the long run.
Okay sorry I sent you a message on my YamahaDirtRider87 account but ya just go to that accounts channel and youll find the warrior 350 wierd sound video tell me if you think its still bad jetting after you watch that video Thanks
@@countryboy4life969 100 shipped. you cover paypal fees. If youd like look me up on facebook. Scott Hansen. You can message me thru there if you want and i can send you pics. They are the same dimensions as the IMS pegs
Awsome Warrior bro, never seen one like this and so well taking care of! good job bro and have fun on it! :)

Hand guards are Cycra Probends full wrap arounds
@raptorandblaster Thanks man. I have another one in the works. This time its my first ever warrior i owed, an 87.
Yeah thats how mine is... Its off a 95 bigbear. Has to be that year and it'll go right where the oil filter cover goes.
@jriffe2313 Its best to get the longer lines, plus stainless lines dont flex and help braking alot
Yeah get the valves and springs seprate and have the shop fit the valve in there. The springs are easy to change.
no i can do it all i need is the shop to bore the jug. curious how much that would cost i also seen in your video you have oversized valves and valves springs do you have to buy those when you bore it out
3:02 what is the part that extends the shock absorber at the top? or give the link thank you

@gmathis64 ive seen 450r shocks with wider a arms but they were still a bit too long
okay ill check it out ill let you know if it works but could it maybe be the valves that need to be adjusted and ill give u the video link of the warrior backfiring youll hear it when it revs down.

oh okay and how much was it and i got another question i just got a 2000 warrior 350 and now i here like a intake backfire when i give it gas and then when it revs down it happens what do u think it is Thanks

No start up?! Nice 4wheeler tho man!
Thanks. I have plenty more videos with it running. This was 7 years ago. Check out my new vids of it.
Where did you buy the front bumper
Where did you get the quicksilver carb?
Got it used for cheap. Search ebay religiously they pop up every once in a while
do you know if any of the stock 450 shocks would fit on a raptor 250?
They will bolt up but they are wayy to long and bottom out the ball joints on full front end droop. i put the relocation kit on and they bolted up fine but the angle it puts them at make the front end to low and they would bottom out easy. So i switched the 700r raptor Fox Float R's and they are the cats ass
Where you got the piston 85 mm. And what is the name
if i wanted to upgrade my worrior, what should i do? its stock right now and i just rebuilt it like 2 years ago. any ideas?
What kind of header did you put on it?
Can you leave the link where you bought the carburetor ?
i found it on ebay
where did you get the carb
Where u get the Billit chain guard crank case guard from bro?
That one I found on ebay a long while ago. I still have it, but with a DRW case saver behind it.
Not really sure what i paid for it.. but if you get on a dealer website you can search for it. And prob has to do with bad jetting,
Where do you get thtsticker i got yfm350.com but i want a sticker like that
hey can u tell me whats wrong i just adjusted the valves i set the intake valve to .06 and the exhaust valve to .12 and everything is stock and i can still here clicking in the engine. thanks here's the video link

do you still have these bill b shocks?
do you have a rear swing arm with a hub from yfz450?
I don't anymore. But the one in this video was a Lonestar swingarm for the warrior with a YFZ 450 carb model LSR carrier. It worked but I had to take material away on the swingarm and sprocket Hub to get the chain to line up correctly.
@@917Jolly
Is there any swingarm that would fit without any alterations, except the original?
Lonestar and ASR makes them. I use to make them as well.
Got them off ebay. There mini torch trail techs
did the yfz shocks bolt up fine? no mods to that?
Deadlast on yfm350.com makes them
hello what is your carburator
Honestly i loke the look of them. I take them on and off and replace them with a headlight cover. Depends what mood im in.
hey man how much is it to buy one of your rear +2 or +3 swing arm for the warrior
around 450 give or take.
when do you think we can set something up to buy one from you +3 wanting to push mine back some and I'm not a fan of the stock chain adjusters
Michael Clay I build then to order. meaning I don't build them unless someone pays. there worth it and something you will never break.
Michael Clay I use my own warrior to make them so the chain and everything else will line up. shansen917@yahoo.com is my email if you want to get one made. Alright, thanks.
