Group 3: In denial that I’m telepathically connecting to people, especially one in particular I love. I feel crazy and I’ve been diagnosed with mental illness before and I don’t want the bad stuff to happen again. But damn… it’s hard not to believe when I get a reading like this.
I’m sorry to hear that .. yes it really can be a struggle. What helped me, was to test myself by disconnecting energetically because thoughts are energy. When you disconnect to a person energetically, you also disconnect telepathically. But I also found that I needed to detach mentally and emotionally from that person and check in with my shadow. When I did this, the telepathic thoughts stopped. But the moment I reconnected to that persons energy, the thoughts started again. For me, that was a clear test result. Hope that helps ✨
Also, I asked my guides to put up an energetic wall between me and this person and visualised myself in an energy bubble where this person had no entry to. .. at times I felt connected to this person’s higher self and shadow self and received information from both which was really disturbing. So I demanded both the higher & shadow self to leave my energy realm, and it did work. But again the very moment I reconnected by reminiscing or otherwise thinking of this person, the telepathic thoughts started again. When you really want to make sure do the disconnect for at least a month or longer since our minds learn through repetition. After some time allow yourself to reconnect and see what happens. If it’s telepathy it will come back. But even if it is and you want to stop it, you can by disconnecting energetically.
I also feel guided to tell you that the clearest form of telepathic communication comes through when you enter an alternate state of consciousness like deep meditation on theta brain level If you don’t receive this communication in deep meditation and only have these thoughts when your mind is operating in beta meaning your daytime consciousness you might want to check in with your own shadow to heal your mind. I really hope this information helps you, I usually don’t reply that detailed :) but I feel this was important to let you know. Take care ✨
