Unless I'm missing something, that sounds like issuance of 300 million new common shares and not merely a 2:1 split. So wouldn't this seriously dilute everyone if it passes? Given that the board is unanimously recommending that shareholders vote in favour of this, I think it'll likely pass. Thoughts anyone?

I’m in at $2.85, today closed at $4. Would sell? Short? The recent jump looks like a new COO with Medicare Advantage plans which is primary for CLOV. sitting on a 40% profit now and bought 2 leap call $2 strike options January 2026.
