Your comment about taking 40 days for a baby's gender to form is completely inaccurate. Anyone can see this with nothing more than a quick Google search. The gender is determined genetically right at conception, the gender area starts forming in the 9th week (63 days), and it takes 16-20 weeks for the part to fully form. I like your classes Rabbi. They are full of great content, and I regularly look for your classes every week for the parsha, but false comments like this are why many non-religious Jews look at us Orthodox as though we are backwards.
Rabbi Anava does not get his references, sources and information from google, rather from the Torah and ONLY the Torah cause that is the ONLY source for any detail in this world, given by the creator of the world The Torah states about the gender that is decided before conception BUT can be changed within the first 40 days. Oh, so Google replaces G-d's Torah. ALL KNOWLEDGE IS IN THE TORAH, it's the blueprint to the universe and mankind. But, non-Orthodox Jews have chosen to dilute the Torah and Google replaces G-D. 😜
