This time I have visited Ulaman Eco Retreat (IG: @ulamanbali) - a unique holistic retreat experience-immersed in traditional Balinese culture-for people who strive to live more consciously without compromising comfort and luxury. Ulaman's team prioritizes using components found directly on their surrounding land including employing local craftsmen. Ulaman’s walls are constructed from the earth and bamboo on property and their refreshing from-the-tap well water is filtered then tested regularly to ensure an excellent quality rating.
In this video I have showed the amenities of the resort and the insides of 2 types of accomodations that this retreat offers: 8 ground level bedrooms with private pools and 2 upstairs deluxe bedrooms.

People have also said there’s a lack of privacy and it’s too far from everything. There’s nowhere to walk or go outside of the actual complex. I read over 100 reviews and most were bad.

Looks good but this place has some really bad reviews about the food, lack of cleanliness, and the infestation of bugs in the rooms. It put me off staying there

Hi Madi, did you experience many ants manifested all over the room? Also, how is the distance between car park and lobby? Is it friendly/ close enough to bring 2 luggages?

That’s something that many people have stated in reviews as well as lizards and lots of big animal droppings because the resort is built on a river and near rice fields.
