First person I've seen review this pack and show how you were able to cinch down a platform to the hamper portion. That was my only check about buying one. Sold me. Thanks!
XYZ, lol. This lumbar pack looks like a good choice but the price of these things are up there! Buy one cry once right. I would get Sitka to fix yours or replace it for the money you pay.
I used the fanatic pack from Sitka all season. I’ve been looking into switching over to the tool belt though. I love the quietness of the fanatic but carrying a thick fleece pack on your back in September gets pretty hot lol.
Good video, I've been thinking about this pack for my saddle set up. Looks like it would be a winner, only thing I wonder how the trophy line mission platform would fit on it.
Hopefully we’ll have one to try soon! 😉 You definitely want to have a jacket or two in the hamper to help strap the platform to, but I can’t think of a time I didn’t have something in there when walking in to hunt this year.
Well we both used them all year and only one tore holes in his. May have just been coincidence. Either way, heavy duty and light-weight don’t usually go together. Durability is a small factor in what works for us. We tear everything up.
What pack did you use this year for saddle hunting?
we need an updated video with the transfer pack
That camp is perfect for that couch!😂

Wooo boy! That boy is sweatin’!
👦🏻
You blend in with that tacty couch behind you. Enjoyed your enthusiasm.
😂 😂
Where do you attach you sticks?
Usually carry them in one hand, but sometimes buckle them on the bottom strap of the laundry hamper.
@@TheElementWild could you post a pic?
How are you attaching your platform to the pack?
With the laundry hamper buckles.
What are your thoughts on the Trophyline C.A.Y.S pack? Or badlands Super day pack?
Haven’t looked at either of them. Well check them out. Thanks for the suggestions!
Kifaru Stryker XL!
Sounds like your speaking African lol!
@@TheElementWild lol not by a long shot. It is an excellent pack and a pack company that is produced and made in Merica
@@kevinmartin2096 yea we’ve had Aron on the podcast. We know about Kifaru lol
@@TheElementWild lol Yeah he’s a super cool guy and owns a phenomenal pack company
I used badlands fanny last season, really liked it with that bit of framing. Been looking into Sitka’s to match the rest of the gear, nice video guys!
Thanks! Good thoughts! Heard great things about badlands. What model is it?

Yea they definitely will fix or replace. Customer service has been top notch!

That ain’t no lie man! I think the tool belt is a perfect fit in the whitetail world. It works great all it the coldest days.
How did you feel picking out a successful hunt? Easy to pack out all the meat?
guys had me laughing the whole video haha
😂😂
You forgot one step is to zip your fly.
Good video, I've been thinking about this pack for my saddle set up. Looks like it would be a winner, only thing I wonder how the trophy line mission platform would fit on it.
That’s a good question. We’ve never used the platform but we have trophyline saddles.
@@TheElementWild How do you like their saddles? I've looking at them as well, I'm using the H2 right now and like it but never hurts to try others..
I have the mission platform probably the gold standard for saddle platforms. 5 lbs but well worth it and built like a TANK!!!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
How do you think the Trophyline mission platform would fit on that?
Hopefully we’ll have one to try soon! 😉 You definitely want to have a jacket or two in the hamper to help strap the platform to, but I can’t think of a time I didn’t have something in there when walking in to hunt this year.
Best pack? And after one season it all ripped up? And how much is Sitka charging for this?

Did Sitka ever make any adjustments/improvements to the pack?
Mainly just reinforced straps
Are you sponsored by sitka?
