Looks so simple, If only worked. But after a couple of hours wasted on SnapDrop and sharedrop, on multiple devices, browsers on three different private networks and on PC's Android, IOS and MAC devices, even though I can see the other devices, i've never been able to send any files or even a message.
I'm probably not the most 'tech savy' person but I found this simple to use. I transferred files easily from my Macbook to my S9 Tablet, using snapdrop. I choose the files from the Macbook and was asked where I would like them on my S9 Tablet, I chose my SD card/downloads. Did exactly the job I want it to do. Thank you
Unfortunately when I sent a photo from my Android phone to my iPad it says there’s “Cannot Save Image-No Internet connection ” and will not allow me to save it to my Photos, but I can view it. My Internet is working just fine.
I need to see files transferred from my android to windows PC. For some reason I can't get files to transfer to my PC, but I can send a message either way, or send a file from my PC to my phone. So I'm missing a step sending files from Android???
I can't find my transferred files on my MacBook Pro. I've checked my downloads folder and they're not there. Where do the files get downloaded to? It didn't ask for a destination.
It is of no use to send a file from my android to my iphone if I have no idea where it put it. I cannot search my trillion files to see if a new file showed up. This presentation was weak - did not show multiple file xfer, nor how to know where files get stored. So I agree snapdrop xfers files nicely, even multiple files, but good luck finding them after they are sent. I dont want to search for a files with 20 random digits in its name to see where it went.
I have two android phones and W10. The androids have full communications with each other. The PC sees the phones, but files and text messages do not transfer. Anyone with suggestions?

It would go wherever your default download location is. You can check in your browser settings for that.

Since making the video I find Snapdrop a little more buggy than it was before.
