It gets very cold in winter in Korea, they are very skin consciousness, care for their skin and wear sun block. There's a lot of variation in skin tones just like white people some tan some don't. Beauty standards there prefer pale skin. I'm Australian and take a tan easily my kids are half English and pale, they burn in 5 minutes and avoid the sun.
