I get canker sores and ulcers often. Some people are just more prone to developing them, and it’s usually stress-related. Don’t worry, you’re going to be fine! Hugs to you and Cameron! ❤️❤️

I sometimes have an throat infections. Pain relievers to dull the pain and gargling with warm salt water after you eat to get rid of any bacteria so you’re throat heals faster can help. I hope this helps and I hope you feel better!!

My husband was told by a doctor to take Lysine supplements. He said they changed his life. He takes 2000 mg in the morning before breakfast.
I usually swab raw honey and cayenne pepper in the back of my throat and works like a charm.
I also drink hot lemon water with apple cider vinegar.

Reassurance: I have had a large canker sore also in the back of my throat/tongue area and while it was very painful and took a few Weeks to completely heal it Did completely heal on its own.
Advice: avoid aggravating foods (acidic, spicy, etc... with the exception of coffee of course ;) ... at least you drink it with a straw). If you do eat/drink something acidic, just rinse/gargle with water afterwards. Also support your immune system through this difficult time !

Those are ulcers on your tonsils. Sometimes an allergic reaction to foods trigger mouth sores. It will go away if you switch up your diet. Try natural remedies. Thanks for helping me stay fit! Best wishes

Those look like aphthous ulcers (canker sores). Get some benzydamine oral rinse - this is a sore throat gargle - might need to be prescribed by a doctor.

About your canker sores, you're going to be just fine! I'd recommend getting Halls or some other throat soothers to suck on. This will help ease the pain. Eat ice cream/suck on ice cubes or soups and drink lots of water, too. Warm tea or hot chocolate also helps to ease the pain. It'll be a pain to deal with for a while but it'll go away! Also, I'm sorry you & Cameron are getting a lot of hate on your IG photo. People are ridiculous. You both don't deserve that. However, if it all gets too much for you both, turn off comments for that photo! People who have left nice things will understand I'm sure.
