Yeah I have tried to use the recipe for oreos but they are impossible to roll out and get shapes out of. So I've been messing around with the recipe to try to get it to roll out and make oreos with it. Not there yet unfortunately.

I made your ice cream cake for my birthday this passed Thursday, and everyone loved it!! The vanilla layer came out a bit icy, so next time I will try using 2 eggs instead of 1 , and possibly add a tiny pinch of guar gum to the base. Honestly I was still happier than a clam getting to have a BIG piece of ice cream cake… first time in a long time. I’m already planning next year’s cake, vanilla and strawberry with white chocolate fudge and either Graham cracker crunchies (your recipe too) or nilla wafer crunchies( HighKey) Thank You❤😊

You are so talented and I love it’s all keto, low carb friendly. However I don’t have the patience and talent you have to try this but I enjoy watching your video
The nice thing is you can do it over several days. One day make the cookies, they last over a week on the counter, one day the ice cream bases, then start building over several days. A good project I would think and a delicious product at the end to enjoy! Can't wait until my boy is old enough. We are working on cracking eggs in a pan and sprinkling ingredients and stirring now!

I don't mean to be smart but wouldn't the best chocolate be the stuff you make yourself from scratch with cocoa butter and your favorite powdered chocolate? I mean, I've only done it twice but it was so easy and I didn't have to mince rock hard chocolate bars later plus as you know, it's oh so delicious.
You can do that and I have made chocolate that way also but put into molds for melting to cover truffles. I haven't used it to make a dip coating for ice cream, so I would have to experiment with the right ratios for that.
