Well 150 000 bottles at £8 a bottle retail gives you £1200 000. And if they are are priced at anywhere between 10 & 25 quid a bottle then that's not bad turnover at all for a small family business.
That's nothing to brush away under the carpet. I wouldn't mind myself a small 'family' operation like that myself.

It does work like that, there are many costs involved like taking care of the plants, pesticides, taxes, transport, wages and many more
