I'm bored lol so I am just going to share how you can do a cartwheel and give some tips. :) How to do the cartwheel: 1: First all you have to do is put 1 leg bent in the front and then the leg in the back straight. The leg in the back will kick up first. Cartwheels look like the shape of a rainbow. 2: Attempt trying a handstand and then just kicking off to the side, pretty simple. The leg that is in the front is the side you're kicking off to. 3: Instead of landing off to the side, finsh on the opposite side you started so basically just straight ahead but facing that side. How you should land: The leg that you landed on should have been the opposite leg that was in the front and that leg you started with is in the back straight. Try to land with your arms straight and next to your ears. Let me know if you want to know more. :)
@@kaveenasingsandcosplays3441 That used to be a problem for me. Just try to stretch the leg out for at least 15 minutes a day, I recommend anna mcnulty but there a lot of great ones out there!
Thanks sis, but i have a problem with not being able to straighten my legs in mid-air so my cartwheel ends up looking totally crap, i thought it's because of lack of flexibility in my knees but i can straighten my legs when doing a specific exercise where you lay on your back and lift your legs up, but not on a cartwheel, do you know what could be the problem?.
@@UltimateGamer-sl2kx Yes of course! Push off on your front leg, then bring your legs up in a V shape. Straighten your front leg as you push so your legs end up in the air, pointing straight upwards. Before attempting a cartwheel, warm up your wrists, shoulders, hips, and legs with some stretches and rotations. This will prepare your body for the movement. While you do the cartwheel. Keep your arms and legs straight throughout the cartwheel. Your head should be in line with your spine. Maintain a straight, horizontal position in the air. Remember to practice consistently to improve your form and balance. I hope this helps!
I totally love your channel as I used to do gymnastics. This one video brought back brilliant memories. From when I used to do the cart wheel from one end of the school sports hall to the other side of the sports hall. Everyone kept saying how do you do this I said I keep practicing

I can keep my dominant leg straight but I just can't straighten my other leg
