- We went shopping at the One Piece Mugiwara Store in Parco 3 in Shibuya.
Update Jan 2019: This particular store moved to a new location. As far as I'm aware The Mugiwara Store is situates on the 6th floor of Shibuya 109.

How popular is One Piece? Popular enough for Japan to build the series own store, a real working thousand sunny and a theme park next to Tokyo Tower.
You forgot to mention it beat spider man, x men, and dragon ball in sales, with it being third most sold comic book series under frickin Batman and Superman which have been around for forever. On top of that it has only one author!
Eh... I don't compare it to American Comics. To be honest, I understand manga (Japanese Comics) much more than comic books. It because they are just doing one story throughout many different title books and the constant changes to the original timeline and a different story within a different universes. Point is, American comics just keep multiplying just for a good cash grab. Sure manga does that, but not to the point where I don't get confuses real easily.
It already beat batman on sales , with over 330 million sales , now it's going after batman xd

+Melz Jelly If you're a One Piece fan like I am then you have to visit the Baratie in Odaiba as well. Put it on your to do list. I highly recommend the restaurant for all One Piece fan.

I was in Japan a few weeks ago! How come I never heard of the Shibuya One Piece store?!? I went to Tokyo Tower in Shiba, and the Jump Store in Osaka! How come I’ve never heard of this one?!?
Maybe it was already closed then. I was there in 2016, and it was my fav one piece shop in Tokyo! I‘m currently planning another trip to Japan and wanted to go there again, only to find out that it has closed down :( it used to be more chill than the shop at odaiba (Fuji shop) and the one at Tokyo tower. Really loved it.

Justice for manga artists. Oda surely deserves a whole lot more money than the pittance he is paid currently. Oda has earned and deserves better than what he has.
As far as we know he is the richest mangaka out there with a net worth of 200 mio dollars. Merch is expensive and he is selling tons internationally. While I agree that mangaka are generally overworked and overpaid, you needen‘t worry about oda. He could‘ve retired a long time ago if he wanted to.
