I have Nvidia Quadro 2000 /C2D e8400 .. it was working fine with photoshop 2020. After I installed a new windows I have this problem:
detected graphic processor (Show nothing)
But Use Graphic Processor is checked
Can't open option like scrubby zoom because of this problem

I need use GeForce GT 555M insalled in my PC, but I can see only Intel HD Graphics 3000 in Windows settings. And Photoshop show Unknown GPU

@@user-ti7lu3ef4m in device manager, go to display and disable the HD Graphic 3000, this will force Photoshop to use the dedicated GPU, fine for a desktop, but means for laptop users, you loos the power saving feature of using the integratged GPU, but it works. (this video did not work for me)
