Thanks. That helped to some extent. Unfortunately, PS detected my Intel(R) HD Graphics 520 driver instead of AMD Radeon(TM) R7 M360. Any idea how to fix this?

U have to update your display driver first. Go to intel webpage and download display drivers that suits your generation of processor. I think u have to update ur graphics card. If you have geforce mx series card this works well. Not all versions of graphics card support this feature.

what the fuck i i have gt 730 2gb ddr5 installed on my desktop. photoshop filter are not supporting it even after installing new drivers. But when i switched to intel hd these filters are working even on microsoft basic graphics driver 2005. What is wrong with photoshop ?

Welp, did everything step by step and didn't work. BUT, if the "Graphics Processor Settings" are still greyed out, all you guys have to do is to purge the "Video Cache". Go to Edit > Purge > Video Cache. Hope that solves your issue :D
Wow, so simple and it worked thank you so much!!! I couldn't rotate with the R command all of a sudden and watched a couple vids with this one included and checked a few forums and couldn't figure out what had happened.
