How good was this?! Monfils and Kyrgios abound, as one would expect. A few more doubles rallies would be great. Putting them in order is impossible really, but the points themselves are magical. I hadn't realised Rafa's been paying attention to Kyrgios and adding the tweener!
The diving point from Hurkacz got a good chuckle from me. I've seen alot of tennis over the last 20 or so years but you get points that still surprise you sometimes. 😊

@@The_Great_One - "Lighten up, Francis." The Slams are not ATP, nor are they WTA. The Slams are ITF. Still, players earn ATP points based on their performances at Slams.
Two other rallies that can be included are the two rallies from Wimbledon this year: Federer vs Nadal (Fed had match point), and then Federer vs Djokovic (Djokovic had 2 sets to 1 on Fed, it was 5-2 in the 4th with Fed bout to be broken 30-40).
@@tswrench 😂 you should definitely check H2H stats of top three vs Nick Nd then vs Monfils. I think Nick today is the only player in planet who has 2-0 record against Djokovic. No one else is leading Djokovic. What are you even talking about dude😂 Monfils is skilled and yeah they are both just flashy, but Nick is far superior to Gael.
If dimitrov wins a grandslam, we will know that the big three have retired and next gen still sucks. And murray is home cooking duck and eating strawberries and whipped cream with his hands. The entire ATP is a joke if not for the big three. (Few humble exceptions - Stan, Medvedev, Delpo, Stefanos, sometimes Kyrgios, monfils, fognini, and Isner too. Sometimes though.)
Wow. This is the second post of yours wherein the only real point you make is that you don't know shit about tennis. I bet you know a lot about trolling, though.
@@tswrench dimitrov's h2h against the top 3 is what again? After 2017 AO, he has squandered two years. Copying Federer doesn't make him "Federer". And about Nick's tweene, off the cross court, while borna is covering the net. Sublime beyond belief. Monfils's is great but stands second from skills perspective. And about my knowledge in Tennis, the first match I watched was back in 2002. Sampras was winning back then. Since then, I have followed Tennis like a mad man, you have no idea. I don't laud flashy players though. Dimitrov, like many others, is just one hit wonder. In time you will see what I mean. He is not the first guy to have squandered a wonderful skillset forever destined to vacillate in mental vagaries.
@@abhishekkhandkar - Get real using real stats. Nick Kyrgios has been on the tour for 7 years and he only holds 6 titles, with none of those titles being a Slam or an ATP 1000 event. He's hype, pure hype. He hasn't one tenth the athleticism of Monfils. Most of Nick's trick shots are of the chickenshit variety where he's stationary, facing the net, and hitting from between his legs. Hell, I do that--it's on the low end of skillful. Face it, Kyrgios has mostly made a name for himself by making an ass of himself both on and off the court. I actually like Nick, but until he starts actually doing something on tour, he has neither the play, nor the record to support the hype. @@tswrench and we are not discussing the antics here. Shotmaking, game, skills. Nick has a bad attitude is also just a gimmick of ATP. Zverev pulls of equal antics. He is heralded as the hero. Of course Monfils is first. What a legend.

42 should be much higher! What an insane rally that was!
Nah. Was good but not that good.
I'd agree, but it's the answer to life, the universe, and everything, so keep it there.

The one thing that's clear from this video is there isn't much ATP commentators can believe.
Indeed, the No. 1. 180 degree turn with jump & hit by Monfis was insanely superb.
Great video - it showcased so many players, not just one. They've all had their moments of brilliance!
26:18 just incredible
Tennis will be more boring when Monfils ends his carrer..

Best shot of the year so far
Davide Vaschetto what do u mean “so far”, the year is over bro
So far in the vid. 😅
#1 is so deserving of the ranking! No question about that.
Number 81 is outrageous!!
24:35 no way is that no. 30 in any other year
it is an unforced error though
Hussein Nour yh I guess
Hussein Nour it’s a forced error. There’s no way he was gonna get that back

Kyrgios : 2nd
Monfils : 1st
