There's an Interview with Guardiola where they asked him what he thought about people who said he only won because he had Messi, Xavi, Iniesta, etc... He just said "they're absolutely right". I personally think the greatness of coaches like Pop and Phil is much more related to the human aspect, of being able to manage egos and point everybody towards the same goal
