Hi, I have a question, because I did all the steps as in the video, after assembling the brewer, the lower cylinder does not want to return to its position after performing a test cycle. I do not know what the problem is and in your video there is no step of putting it back, the whole cycle will only go through correctly when I touch the back part - the one from which the coffee grounds fall out.
Thank you for the video. Ordered some parts through your affiliate link. I have the problem with my Ena 8 that it's leaking (coffee color) from the bottom. I have opened it before but couldn't see any mechinal issues. So now I'm going to try and replace all o rings!
Thank you for your comment and support. I would do that too. this should help. It would be nice if you could leave an update here with the result after you have replace the o-Rings. ;)
@@Tech-SW okay so yesterday I took out the brew group. Thanks to your instructions I managed to clean it completely and change all the o rings. Took me 2 hours. Was thinking damn imagine if I had to film what I was doing as well! Thanks a lot unfortunately it didn’t solve my problem. I think I know what the reason is though. So my brew group seems to be “twisted” a bit. This makes it that the part you’re showing at minute 9 is leaking a tiny amount like mm next to the drip tray. Almost seems like a design error not sure how to fix. Might consider attaching some tape to guide the water in.
@@michaelvandensteen7994 thank you for the update. Do you mean the connection-port to the side? Maybe the other side is not properly mounted/aligned? Did you run the Maschine without the side cover and tried to localize the leaking?
@@Tech-SWI have and it’s hard to explain in text but I mean the part shown at minute 9. After coffee is made it adds rest water to the drip tray. This seems like a mm too much to the side of the side panel. As a result after each coffee a small amount of water drips via the side panel. I should make a video because it’s difficult to explain. Anyway thanks a lot for the video!
Thank you for this very helpful video! I have a Jura 4, do you know if the work will be more or less the same please ?
@@christophe1584 I am not sure but I think this should be very similar designed
