So this animation is pretty old, I think I finished it in 2012 and it contains a few jokes that are of the time, I'd say. Some of which I'd be a bit reluctant to make now. Please bare that in mind.
It's a mock instructional video for no ones favourite fictional police force, S.T.A.R.S. The material featured is a mash up of several Resident Evil games rather than just the one. It's really dumb, but I wanted to put some of the voice lines I had for a long scrapped project to SOME use.
