AoA Dr saab its around 27 days of my post transplant. Im taking tacrolimus 7+7 daily Myfortic 1+1 (180 mg) daily Deltacortil ( i started from 6 tab daily now its reduced to 2 daily then after 5 days it will be 1 daily and continue) My tac level is 6.8 Rest all test r in normal range My Dr change Mycophenolate 500 to myfortic 180 because of too much loose motion Kindly tell me the above mentioned medicines r ok .. Hepatitis B positive hay, kia mera transplant ho sakta hay? LFT normal hay, pcr main 512 viral load hay. Hepatitis D negative hay. My age 40y. Donor my wife we both have same blood group. Liver Ultrasound is normal. No any major disease except high BP.
@hasnain sabir Yes .. if you get kidney transplant you have to take medicines that dupress your immune system, As hep b virus remains in body and there may be chance of its re activation, so after kidney transplant hepatitis b treatment also continues forever..
