I get that the price tag gives me incredible views, access to great schools (both "local" and international schools), not too far from malls and part of gtc is a mall, less than 15min from hospitals and other amenities but I also strongly feel like I can get apartments with similar views and amenities within westlands and parklands for less than half that price tag. It's beautiful and well done but not worth 50mil. The guest room is better in terms of views compared to the master, esp given that it doesn't face another block ☺
Beautiful apt epecially the views. However for a KES 50 milllion price tag, even if you get a rental yield of 6%, you need to rent this at KES 250K per month. For this amount, there are better options in the market in terms of space, quality and amenities. But this apt will still get buyers such as those looking to hide illicit funds.
Good point there on the rental yields angle, and that 250K may be higher once you factor in any service charges. This one is for a very specific clientele.
