If you have a Geomathmech Final Sigma, that also works because it's a FIRE Monster. However, as a UR, it's really only something to consider if you already have one and not if you want to craft if there's budget restrictions.
It really isn’t tier 0 or 1. It struggles putting up a strong board against anything that doesn’t use extra deck monsters and isn’t super great against tears or Kashtira.

2nd Titaniklad came up sometimes, but 1 is fine.
Bystial and graveyard banishes is pretty common so I would run 2
