No need to feel scared of death. It is said in Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta, that is only the body that gets destroyed but the soul is eternal, it remains the same. Accepting this is a constant learning, it's not easy to overcome the fear of death but we must always keep trying to overcome this.
Life, death, old age and health issues are the four truth of life that comes in everyone's life.
And yes you must become a Vegetarian and stop eating non veg.
You are eating someone who also had a life.
Try to live a satvic life.
Pray to Radha Krishna to showers their mercy upon you and show you the right path.

Its a natural process....its the food to baby inside womb....when women conceive , period stops caz baby require food.... regular period cycle is 28 days....like we do Airtel recharge for 28 days....not for a month....

Githa is soul science.....it has nothing to do with your body....you can understand gita only if your intuition is active ....if not u misunderstand it more than understanding....
U can worship God,read BhagavadGita even in periods.
I heard that Draupadi was also on periods when kauravas had done that evil practice and dont forget krishna rescued her.
But I suggest u to don't go to temple because temples are built in a dimension where there is positive energy moves upward direction at the time of periods the body pressure moves downwards to Hypogastric Region when u enter into temple these two opposite pressures collide and can cause negative impact on Hypogastric region sometimes causes severe pain .
Mostly u people need rest at that time
Menstruation is a God gift, entire universe depends on it

I'll tell you a trick. The thoughts of the mind are like a chain.
Sit in meditation for 1 hour every day and observe the thoughts that arise in your mind.
Do it continuously for three months. You can't do it for the first week. Be diligent.
Stop focusing on the first thought that comes to you.. then find the reason why that thought came to you now.. This is impossible for you.
1. Why did that thought come to me? 2. How did it come? 3. For what reason did it come? 4. Is it about the future? 5. About past ? 6. Is it about the present? 7. What kind of mental feelings do you first get from that thought? 8. Do those feelings benefit you? or not 9. Do those feelings benefit others? Practice.
