man ko control karna is extremely tough i am facing so much tension in my soul and body because of this. Controlling the senses to control mind against kaam(most difficult) krodh moh lobh bhay ahankaar is like not an easy task only krishna devoted persistent efforts may be helpful but achieving success in this field is next to impossible for us. Just try to regulate and devote everything to shree krishna.
