DIY: Medicine Ball Tutorial

Do it yourself medicine ball at home! WAY CHEAPER than store bought medicine balls! Made a 10lb ball for $13 when they normally go for around $30 for 10lbs! My kid had fun helping me too :)

I filled it pretty full without leaving it at an odd weight/uneven weight. So if anything I think you could get a small ball filled to MAYBE 12lbs! Might be pushing it

I assume to keep it solid so it isn't just a partially deflated ball of sand but a fully inflated ball of sand.

What a waste
