- Tribute video for the Incom X-wing set to Queen's - One Vision. I was inspired to make this after seeing a meme about what song you would crank up as you locked S foils into attack position to make your run on the Death Star.

There are people that don’t understand how amazing this is. Those of us that grew up in the 80s and got to watch Top Gun and Iron Eagle as kids are the only ones that get goosebumps. Damn this video is so awesome

The onboard povs from the fighters in Rogue One are some of the best visuals from all the Star Wars films. The onboard shot going through hyperspace then emerging above the planet is awesome!

I really liked Iron Eagle 1 and 2 and all the Star Wars movies! Great tribute to Louis Gossage Jr.! This was cool to watch!

Fried chicken as always. Rogue Squadron has the best snubfighter sequence of all the movies. Very nice compilation. Top Gun and Iron Eagle were and still are my favorites.

The scene with the X-Wings skimming the water in TFA was the highlight of the movie.
It was all down hill from there. Including the next two movies………

Rogue one was the only SW movie since the Disney Acquisition that actually had Star Wars in it. Everything else was a lame effort
The prequels were so bad that I swore I wouldn’t watch the sequels. Rogue One was an interesting way to fill in the gaps in the story.

Original trilogy and Rogue One steal camera, others are just copy cats.
That final deathstar explosion should have hit “Vision” then you’d have nailed it. Just shift the audio track and sync it back from there. Always work from the end when editing and go back from there.
Thanks for the advice. Haven't had much experience making videos other than gaming videos. It was a PITA trying to pick which scenes I wanted and cutting them to fit in with the runtime of the music. I'll definitely try starting at the end and working backwards next time. Pretty sure I still have the project for this video saved so I may give it a shot here too.

Nah. This song was used in an otherwise pretty . . well, B-grade! . . movie back in the 1980s, which old types like myself remember as a basic love letter to that great combat platform, the F-16 Fighting Falcon. The hero of the story would play his music (including, but not limited to this song by Queen) which would seemingly miraculously upgrade his air combat skills.

This is a fine MV.
However, I believe that it should've been focused on pilots Luke Skywalker and Poe Dameron.
The scene of Luke looking at the twin suns of Tattooine would've fit perfectly with t he music break/bridge ("I have a dream...a dream of sweet illusion...)

Ok... I've grown up with star wars and love it like millions of others. But I've never dove into the extended universe materials very deeply. As such, i don't have an encyclopedic knowledge of shops and equipment etc.

@@ntnchannel9057 true. It would get no lift in an atmosphere, and would not be able to maneuver because of its flat panel sides. It really only works in space.
