Stollen, filled with rum-picked dried fruits, orange confit, and various nuts, is a German bread that is eaten in small pieces every day while waiting for Christmas.
It's not that difficult bread if you have the ingredients ready, so give it a try~~~!!!

♡ Ingredients ♡
*Pre-dough
Strong Flour A 315g
Milk A 200g
Instant yeast 15g
*Bone dough
Strong Flour B 435g
Milk B 100g
12 g salt
65 g sugar
15 g honey
300 g butter
*Filling
600g of raisins and dried apricots combined
Orange Confit 100g
50g whole almonds
*Marzipan
50 g egg whites
225g almond powder
225g sugar powder
Except for quantity
Melted Butter, Sugar Powder

Since I'm in France, I used T55 instead of strong flour. If you use Korean strong flour, gluten formation is better, so you will get a more voluminous bread. ^^
*Things to prepare in advance
1. It is recommended to soak dried fruits in rum for a long time. More than a few months is better.
2. Put all the ingredients in the marzipan, grind it in a food processor, seal it, and rest in the refrigerator for about a day.
