- Israel’s protests continue to grow after the country’s parliament passed a law that would make it nearly impossible to remove Prime Minister Netanyahu from office as he faces corruption charges. NBC’s Raf Sanchez reports from Tel Aviv on the complaints that he is destroying the nation’s democracy.

He is proposing to reduce power of judges and their appointment to be under the government which would allow him to appoint judges that work for him. Also he has passed law under which Attorney General can't remove him if corruption charges against him are proven in court.

You need to know that in Israel, the Supreme Court is the only regulator to address for halting laws and decisions that don’t comply to human and civilian rights. We have no Senate and the president has no authority. If the government will control the court or reduce it’s power than we will be subjected to the good will and moral of the government which is absurd since our prime minister has 3 cases against him in court and our homeland security minister (who’s in charge of the police) was convicted several times of supporting Jewish terror organisations…. We are fighting for our democracy on the streets and hope that the police, IDF and the security agency heads will follow the Supreme Court verdicts against the new laws. The IDF also consists much on the reserved personal so we refuse to attend training, hoping that it will make Netanyahu stop this blitz of laws so we can discuss and try build a plan together with all parties.
The supreme Court in Israel had been appointing leftist judges and this is the cause of the current affair and this is the bias it's like a non elected government within a government and not chosen by the people, you need to accept that a non leftist government had been chosen by the people

Western democracies go awry when unelected judges start thinking they have powers outside the judiciary branch. They think they can write laws (they can't) or tell the executive branch whether or not it can enforce laws that are already on the books (can't do that either).
