Nah, it happens just when the car is coming from the wall, you kind of have the momentum going down and therefore it still pushes your car down. What the bot did was actually kinda a fast wave dash and a single jump forward, where it simply intended to flip forward, but because of the wall to ground change and momentum it did the dash instead. Hope that helps!
