Welcome! A great PaleoRewind entry. And I actually learned something new about the evolution of pterosaurs today. Subscribed and looking forward to seeing more from you! Cheers! 💚
Commenting for encouragement!! I love your descriptions of fossils and how they emotionally effect you, because I feel very similar sentiments. I also would love to see more infodumps about Darwin if you have more in you, those are my favorites from you!
I found your content from the Darmok video and the "don't give up, there are dinosaurs" ones, and love your delivery style. I always enjoy listening to people who are both knowledgeable and *passionate* about a topic, so as long as you keep sharing that enthusiasm, I'll keep watching! Side note - you don't remind me at all of Young Sheldon, but that might be because I've known plenty of enbies with your general aesthetic. It's a fun vibe either way.
This is awesome - always love your intelligent communication skills! Putting a truly vast amount of info into (almost) digestible bites. (“Almost” ‘cause my background knowledge of everything paleo is so rudimentary)
this js so cool 4:25 ik the distance that animals can travel in those naturals rafts can be pretty big sometimes, but the distance between North America to Africa is pretty big, dunno if the dino could make that long of a journey, maybe they got to europe then got to Africa or something?
Oh god. I called you "Medium Sheldon" in a comment awhile back and now I'm super self-conscious about it. Love you more than it is reasonable to love a youtuber by the way. Also I'm memorizing the Geologic Time song so I can sing it to my friend's 5 year-old the next time I see them.
Comment for encouragement! I have seen others bringing over what I suspect are TikTok mannerisms (repeated zooms, frenetic style, head popping up from all over the screen), and I don't like them. I like that you are informative and clear and the mannerisms are not distracting (in my opinion).
Watch all the way through for bonus folk singing content
superb as ever. the news recap was quite good too ;-)
Your energy is intoxicating!
Love this! Your presentation style and incorporation of graphics are very engaging and professional. Can't wait to see this channel's future

Fantastic job! I look forward to more!
Wow I had no idea there was such a big gap in the pterosaur fossil record!
We're glad you are here, and thank you!
Congratulations Astrid on the video, and welcome to UA-cam! May you be as successful as Miniminuteman or Lindsay Nikole.
Came here for the paleontology, stayed for the gorgeous singing
You immortalized yourself, cool beans!

I can't retain the facts, but I really enjoy the presentation.

Nice
Keep making content on UA-cam. I don't have a TikTok and you're great.
Who sing in the end?
Me! I realised I didn’t have any good audio to stick under the credits, so I just sat down and recorded it right before uploading this 😅
@AstridLundberg what a beautiful voice😍🎵🦖
@1:35 - And judging by your eyes you found Dune spice at Mammoth cave. Cool!
