We really just have one goal - to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.
If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin - then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.
Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

    THANK YOU ❗️

Thanksgiving Day sandwich. Hoagie roll, spread with mayo and cranberry sauce. Add stuffing, turkey and gravy. My favorite Sammi ever.

Wow, Sam, did you unhinge your jaw for that bite? Looks like an amazing and filling burger, kudos for the creativity. I like your presentations, the humor, you getting burned and swearing a lot, it's funny and very real. I mean who hasn't yelled out "fuck!" when something bad happens in the kitchen. We are all "that guy". I read a lot of the comments made and I am impressed how many people reveal that you've gotten them to cook a lot and they enjoy it. That really warms my heart because people feeding other people is a high form of love and nurturing. Thanks for spreading the love, Sam.

I found a recipe several years ago to make sliders from Thanksgiving leftovers. I used turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce and anything else I could think to pull out of the refrigerator. The recipe said to put all of this on a Hawaiian roll. Now you can pour your gravy on the top of this once you have it in the order that you want. Or or you can put your gravy on the side. Here's where you actually have to put your thinking cap on. You can choose how you choose to eat your slider. These are super good and I hope that I have the opportunity to save the makings for one tomorrow.

Love the stuffing burger idea. The reuse of the Turkey meat is a common approach with chicken leftovers - chicken fritters. Some recipes start with raw meat but you can get good results with finely chopped leftovers. Pre-fry a finely chopped onion and some garlic before adding to the finely chopped chicken and some herbs, a few dry breadcrumbs (Panko) and an egg. If the mixture is 'sloppy' then use cooking rings to give it time to set up before removing them and flipping.
