Yeah true that. I've moved from my pvp days now. After almost 4 years of blood sweat and tears, I've made the switch to pve. Life is so much better over there. Not as much trolling. And you don't wake up to 3 months of work flat-packed after you sleep..

I've dedicated so much of my time into watching your video's on builds, because first they're AMAZING! And I sure as hell never even knew one could even build such things. I have been distracted enough to finally say, I'm completely clean and sober now and have been for 3 months. And I'm not gonna let myself fall back into it. It took me about a week but after all the grinding and building paid off. I rebuild this same house with tek and on pillars instead of ocean platform. It's beautiful thank you so much for teaching me!!
I spent several hrs gathering resources and building this beauty. About 30 hrs total. It is so rewarding seeing it built. Of course I had to make some changes cause I am on ps4 but it still looks the same. I built it on Genesis. It was a major project and a lot of fun. Keep up the great content thanks for the inspiration.

@@ronniestapler I’m on PS4 so I pressed R1 until it was in the correct spot. Sometimes it places wrong anyway so I just pick up the wall and try again until it works. Sometimes moving your character closer or further away helps.
super late reply, but Castles/Keeps/&Forts is literally ALL I build in, LOVED that mod...to bad its gonna take them months to get it ported over to ASA...cause im rearing to build!

I LOVE you building tutorial videos. I have built so many of them across many servers and maps lmao I'm pretty sure my Crystal Wyvern is tried of being used a pack mule to carry my resources.
Just have to say I love your builds! This will be the 4th one I've used for inspiration.(Large house with stables, Hatchery and Starter base the other 3 ) I will admit though, I always modify them a bit for a little more functionality on my part. I try to avoid those "dead spaces" of walled off pillars, etc....but, that's just me. On the Hatchery, since i had to use pillars and ceilings for the floor(land not flat enough for where I wanted to build) I was even able to make the space underneath into a big room for all my cryofridges(have all dino types in their own fridges) Keep up the awesome work!!
if you look at what you have to do is remove the bottom walls and floors from what you did with the foundation then you put greenhouse walls where the wooden walls were then you will let them put them on and then you remodel the bottom greenhouse walls by the stone ones and you put everything back as it was I hope you have understood me XD
@@Fatta76 What I mean is that you have to eliminate those walls from minute 7:10 and with rb sui you play on xbox you make the wall forward and so it will let you put the glass
So I'm stuck too, but ill try something. Looks as though they will be glass porch rails. I already pr fabricated all supplies, just in the assembly mode. I'm on crystal isles 1407 at green ob.

I did this build some years ago on ASE Ext at the Green OB, now will give it a try again on Ext ASA . I just build this on the ground above the waterfalls at Green OB. so no ocean platform used

okay i finished that part, but now I'm at the part where he makes the 2 1x1x1 stone boxes, and idk what snap it needs? walls or ceilings? if its walls, I cant snap that on the ceilings

When you build how do you keep it so steady some times when I do things like this the mirage goes nuts and I would have to pray it land in the right spot. I play on PC.
Currently building this, and I also built the ocean platform base on the same pve server i love to play on. Me and my friend love your builds and keep up the great work
No mods just normal items found in the game no clip enabled for example the sun loungers outside are made from a bed with 2 wooden benches on top 2 grave stones at the end and trophy stand at the bottom
Dk if you figured it out yet, but basically in your settings, go to ‘Disable Structure Placement Collision’ and tick the box, so it won’t tell you that there is a collision, and you’ll be able to place it😊
Im on pc pve official and have the same issue, tried removing the stone wall and doing the greenhouse wall first but got myself in even deeper problems by doing that
Must have been before an ARK update because no one can snap on any platform. You can still place the greenhouse walls and ignore the step to have them sunk some. Taller than you would prefer but it still works.

Completion of metal at 34:40 didn't line up with the external adobe, snap points are a problem. Have to modify this design or destroy entire ceiling !!! That was after 3 days trying to get the pillars to allow 3 metal ceiling higher. Public server lag is an issue with intricate placements

I found a nice spot in Extinction that I’d like to try this build. But as Extinction has no ocean, I’m building it on one of the towers in Sanctuary and shrinking the build. I will say I love the little tricks you use, but my gawd snap points love to drive me insane in this game XD

Pvp builds are just boxes with spikes and turrets. If you play pvp you're on the wrong channel 😂

I believe the lawn chairs are cat walks with sleeping bags on them and a grave stone behind, but on one of them it's a artifact pedestal

Are the decorations an eco mod? If not, do you have tutorials on your decorations? Those are genius! I love that the lawn chairs are tombstones!
I believe everything he does us vanilla.
He doesn't use mods.. most of these decorations are a clever combination of boxes, benches, tombstones, and artifact pedestals :D

Hi, how do you get the greenhouse wall to snap on to the lowered ceiling, the first set of greenhouse wall.
If you snapped the wall to the platform then you will get a obstruction. Wall needs to be snapped to ceiling.

The rugs from Aberration. They have 2 zones and you use a paintbrush.

How did you get the greenhouse walls to on to the stone ceiling @7:03 it keeps saying it’s obstructed for me
If it’s not working try placing fence foundations in the ceilings and snapping the greenhouse walls to them

There is 2 snap points your walls are probably on the snap point to close to the thatch ceiling
