BS the Russian Mafia is WELL KNOWN to have been around literally 1700s most agreeing somewhere in 1720s in their earliest form. They did not form "under stalin" like I get it trump, biden, let's all damn communists but christ sake get your history correct itleast. @@novallasuter5265 as long as you earn and save the money to be able to start elsewhere (paying the government twice once on what you earn then again on what you spend that's income and sales tax) then pay them for the right to travel outside their borders(passport) so, yeah your free to leave as long as you pay.

Good list and informative, but totally forgot about Mexican cartels. We know they're still active, so isn't any one of those families/syndicates big enough to fit into this list? Kind of surprising.
