The light is also durable and sturdy. It passed an accidental drop test as I was getting into the truck. I simply tried to carry too much gear in one hand :). The Turbo burn-down was sufficiently interesting that it may warrant a future time lapse video should time allow. Thank you.
Good to see you back on UA-cam! I was very close to ordering one and had actually put one in my Amazon cart yesterday, but at midnight the coupon code expired...whoops! I ended up ordering a Convoy M2. Have you ever reviewed any Convoy lights?
Thanks. I thought I was gone for good. This situation with my mother is all-consuming. I'm hoping to crank out a review or two a month along with content for the SAR Team. I should probably just get on Amazon and buy a Convoy light and get a field test up on the channel. How do you like that M2? Would you recommend another model? Thanks.
@L5-SAR I won't get my M2 for a week or so. Darren on YT reviews a lot of Convoys and he recommended. He is in Australia...very few US reviewers have covered Convoy. I got an SFT 40 version off the Convoy store on Ali express for $23 (without a battery).
It stepdown from turbo at 30 second to an output of around 2500 lumen which is still crazy amount of output for another over 3 minutes before stepping down to high(1500 lumen) which stay indefinitely until battery runs out. Crazy
That's one of the more impressive Turbo burn downs I've seen in a while. Huge heat sink and very gradual decay, at least for four minutes. I'd like to take it out for a time lapse video if I ever get the time. Thank you.

Great video looks like turbo held on for a while!. I think this will make a great truck light 👍🏻
