I like your design, very adaptable for user wants. Personally I would move the windows to the side with the chicken run door, and set it up for deep litter bedding, with a three part door to help with clean out, and a walk in door on the other end. Just my preferences.
How refreshing, someone with common sense. The info on the next boxes is seldom heard- hens will pile on top of one another, so might as well make them space as this clever man did. Very nice design, thank you for sharing.
It is a lovely Chicken house and the person who built it must love Chickens to give them such a beautiful home. Love the paint job, it would look good anywhere.
+Bombboy220 No I do not have a web site unfortunately, but you can check out my face book page by searching "Handcrafted in Oregon Coops and more" in the face book search bar. Should be viewable even if you do not have an account. The current price for the 5x8 is $2,000 delivered in the Salem OR area. optional features such as interior/ exterior lights, back pen, lattice / hardware cloth skirting are extra.
no, I actually quit making them a few years ago. I was going to draw up some plans for them and pot it as a DIY type of thing, but never got around to it.
Beautiful logical design thank you!
Superb !!!

Where can we get the plans to build (live in West TN)? Love the design!
+BD Stan Sorry the plans are in my head, I just built it from my imagination, you can probably build it from looking at the pictures though.
Nice coop! Do you have a website and how much do they cost?
