I can tell you exactly why you don't hear more about these guys. Unfortunately it's because most people don't care about real music anymore plus the industry only ever pushes what they think will make the most money. So I'm always glad to see people who do appreciate it. Hope to see more reactions to these guys.
all of their music is so good. they were phenomenal live at a small outdoor venue in Lowell, MA...so glad I was able to make the show. No Good, Skinny, Alter Ego, Hot Blood, All the Pretty Girls, I Can't Go on Without You, Backbone, the list goes on...now I just need another album to drop, as I have listened to their first 2 albums front to back like 1000x
Here in Iceland, it's pretty easy to scout locations like this - there's breathtaking scenery everywhere you go and Kaleo definitely uses it. ❤️

they have played the annual iceland airwaves festival a couple of times. always great.
but there is more great music from iceland. to name a few: ásgeir, hjaltalín, júníus meyvant, sóley.
if you want to see the absolute perfect live performance you should check out eivor.
a good start is "falling free" live at the old theater in tórshavn. magnificent vocals, excellent sound and band
