This song, just made me tear up. It was so beautiful. I really wish my mother could have heard your voice Sharm, when she was alive, she would have loved your music and listened to it everyday. Thank you for the great feelings from the emotion of this song.
Nice, it doesn't just match to how kings were viewed as both heroes and villains back in the days, but it is also beautiful. Like the music to it, it sells the entire once upon a time feel, though the picture does make me think of Sargares.
I've always wondered how the voice of a singing angel should sound like. Now I know. Unearthly beautiful song. It causes me goosebumps everytime when I have a listen.
Great sound and beautiful voices, that connection of vocals and lyrics is great, i think that this is one of your best songs sharm, i am not from UK so excuse my englisch please. I really thinks that your music is good eunough to be listened in other states like here in czech republic.
You're right in saying that the title should be interpreted as sarcasm. Also, fear induced. As the "King/Hero" claims lands through fear and cruelty I felt that "Hero" was the best way to describe him both sarcastically and how he believes others may see him.
Reminds me of my favorite light novel charater and it speaks directly to the heart. This is one of my favorite songs now I looked at it about six months ago then it has been one I can not forget thanks!
I see the song as sort of a plea to a hero. The hero is the rightful heir to the land, but a conqueror destroyed his kingdom. He spent his life in solitude, training for the eventual rebellion he'd lead... His subjects cry and bleed as their false king terrorize them. And it's up to him to stop this suffering. That's what I gathered, anyways. That's the story I formulated. -Rinion
Oh my... How beautiful. Calm sea, captain looks through spyglass for nearby seaport, sailors do their drill, seagulls circling above fish, mermaids sing their song not far away...
Can you please make a 1-HOUR video of this beautiful piece of music? I really love it. So fantasy-like and beautiful. Celtic music is perfect for such fantasy-like sensations and fantasy and magical stories they never told. And this music is the perfect example for it. Currently trying to memorize the lyrics well.
As always your vocals are so awesome, fits so well with the music :D And it may just be youtube, but there's some crackling going on during the 2nd half of the song.
Wonderfull as always Sharm. I can see a movie playing in my head, while listening. Really beautifull, and a very good choice of lyrics/music. I love that you've used the sad kind of folk music, yet managing to keep it fresh and alive. Good job :) It makes me want to write a novel, haha :D Continue your wonderfull work, and continue to 'sharm' us :)
.Was listening to this and thought that this song would be good with a video about anduin wrynn. The cinematic and the quest. that would be Awe inspiring
Wonderful song, A wonderful reason to think just how many times we were not knights in shining armor, but warlords. We seek the strongest arms, hardiest armor, but what is to much a price. We imbue spirits of violence and war into our armor, we know it corrupts... Bathed in blood, Deathknight Champion of acherus Berserker of blood Is this a hero? Or can a Deathknight only be a villain on our side? They say two wrongs don't make a right... BTW, my mains a blood Deathknight, any comments?
Wow. This. When That second line came, about the village, I could not help but think of Reaver from Fable 2+3. In fact the whole song reminds me of Reaver. He gave up everything for eternal life, and lost the one he loved in a fire in his home village because of his wish for never dieing of growing old. Every year, Reaver must bring sacrifices to to that village in order to stay young. all children. .__. Spooky.
I know I'm really sorry, I recorded it a long time ago when my setup was bad and my mixing skills were lacking. I have recently re-recorded all of my vocals for this song though so...who knows? :)
i dont find that the lyrics match the title of the song (unless the title is meant to be interpreted as sarcasm). the lyrics depict a conqueror being proclaimed king through his coming (burning village // children cry // hope is slain) more than an actual hero still, good song
Hiya, is this track copyright? I'd love to use this in a video, obviously I would give credit, however I'm unsure if this has copyright on it. Thanks, a reply is needed!
See? She acknowledges that someone else COMPOSED the song. She just wrote and sang lyrics. She didn't take credit for composing. Sure, using "ORIGINAL" was a smidge misleading, but still! *coughs a bit more* Gah... -Rinion
what in past be future thet is now but now ones own future be past ones own now who is future or thet past be in power weather ones own truth in need hero to safety planetlife ones own lend
Would you mind if I used this song in a story I'm writing? I felt EXTREMELY inspired to put it in my story after hearing it. (Will give credit when needed)

damn shame that the audio gets distorted in parts where the vocals get too loud, it's like that in every upload I searched
I know I'm really sorry, I recorded it a long time ago when my setup was bad and my mixing skills were lacking. I have recently re-recorded all of my vocals for this song though so...who knows? :)
E' bellissimo quello che hai scritto...

wow.. you have a very pretty voice...and are very pretty at that. Do you sing anything other than WoW songs?
i dont find that the lyrics match the title of the song (unless the title is meant to be interpreted as sarcasm). the lyrics depict a conqueror being proclaimed king through his coming (burning village // children cry // hope is slain) more than an actual hero
still, good song
I wonder if there's any instrument, mainly flute notes for this song
I'm not sure!
Somehow this reminded me of Age of Empires way back when. Hmm. Either way, well done!
The song is beautiful, magnificent, but I'm trying to make sense of the lyrics. HALP!
Why dont you get youre songs into spotify ?
i was just curious do you still play wow or whats sharm been up to latley?
*yawns* Whatever. Let's not argue... It takes too much effort. I'd rather sit back, relax, and enjoy the song.

Hi, you will need to as Brunuhville for his permission. His link is in my video description.
T_T song isnt available on Itunes.
Maybe Bruno has it on his iTunes? If not, check his bandcamp.
Oh dont worry I found it xD
Reminds me of Sephiroth. (apart from the king bit lol)
Sounds like this song was made about Garrosh Hellscream though.
See? She acknowledges that someone else COMPOSED the song. She just wrote and sang lyrics. She didn't take credit for composing. Sure, using "ORIGINAL" was a smidge misleading, but still!
*coughs a bit more*
Gah...

This was just absolutely beautiful.. i even think that's an insult for this song :|
what in past be future thet is now but now ones own future be past ones own now who is future or thet past be in power weather ones own truth in need hero to safety planetlife ones own lend
