I’m in Rhode Island. Where is your location? Thanks for sharing, I’m suddenly aware of the importance of growing native plants, and want to get started!
Hi Mary, NJ zone 6. Thank you so much for learning about native plants! You will find it very rewarding and it's great that you will help create better habitat!
Great videos!! Thanks for all good information you share 🙏🏻 I just bought my house and I want to make a native plants garden. What kind of native plant you suggest for a living fence ? I would appreciate your comment
Were the plugs from Prairie Moon? It’s gonna looks gorgeous! Tulip Tree is outstanding, I believe it’s a host plant for Tiger Swallowtail butterflies. Exciting.
The Tulip Tree/Poplar is very common in my area and grows EXTREMELY fast. I like them but you may find your new pollinator garden will be in a shade situation again sooner than you'd expect. I love Culver's Root. It's one of the best pollinator plants in my garden.
This bed will look so nice when it is filled in. Thanks for sharing.
Great video! Thanks!
Christmas present!
I winter sowed a pack of pearly everlasting seed in my garden because of your recommendation. Looking forward to seeing it start next spring.
I hope you were successful. I tried from seed and was not successful.
Very inspiring! I love how you “made lemonade out of lemons”!
Awesome video! I can't believe the only thing damaged by those falling trees was the fence...
Great video! Thank you!
