Gearshift is his strongest quirk. The ability to ignore the laws of motion means he's limitless in agility. But is it sustainable?
It's probably similar to Kaioken or the Eight Inner Gates thus likely to have a recoil effect once the 5 mins are up
I would say it's like a way stronger version of kaioken since his body is actin lik dat already after usin gear shift but I don't think it can compare to eight gates ion think he gonna die after the fight over
He does not have unlimited agility, also Deku is a human being although he uses all the power of the One for All he could not sustain it all the time like Saitama or Goku does, all that power only lasts for a certain amount of time. So he is powerful only at the moment he decides to use it.
@@lindocat2030 Your comment is dumb af. Many characters are not powerful and are only human (Deez nutz, Saitama, Naruto, Guts, Ichigo) until they activate or tap into their deeper selves. It's not their abilities that make these humans powerful but their ability to use them skillfully. Furthermore, Deku is still learning how to tap into the full depth of his powers to reach 100% like Allmight.

But well Deku did manage to deplete Shiga's First full HP. Now, we're on to his second Full HP bar and the next one with his handicap (unable to use his quirks) lifted. Let's see how Spinner has a special role for that so Shiga can unleash his quirks. 🤣

This is a good point. OFA seems OP now but shigaraki is handicapped... The real fights hasnt started yet and I dont think OFA's body can endure through a dragged out fight at only 45% capability and I think Shigaraki has a variant of Eri"s rewind quirk ☠

Ye, AfO made his with quirks, and Shigaraki made his with the singularity. Shigaraki is more advanced than AfO in terms of power, but still maintains that large fist
9:45 I actually love this because now he has a taste of his own medicine for what’s it’s like to steal people quirks, feel fragile and useless and helpless in a quirk dependent society, while some quirks are burdens there are some that people wouldn’t give up for the world and would handicap them physically and society wise without it.

Inertia is resistance offered by any object to change in speed. This is the reason you experience a forward force when car stops abruptly. And thats why horikoshi mentioned.

I absolutely LOVE gear shift as a quirk. It low-key reminds me of the speed force and Deku having any sort of power that makes him like the flash is a win in my book.
Truthfully I did want his last quirk to be a laser or something but I am perfect fine with gear shift because not only does it make him similar to the flash but it also low-key gives him a similarity to Luffy and his gears only these gears don't change or morph dekus body but allow him to release, control and apply speed on various ways.
For example if and when bakugo gets back up imagine Deku applying gear shift to Bakugo and then they blitz shigaraki.
Imagine if he managed to apply gear shift to Mirko who is already wicked fast.
When you really think about it? The 2nd And 3rd users of one for all must have really have gave all for one a problem if they fought as a team

Just got back from college and this video was a welcoming surprise. Love the name of the Second user's quirk. And the panel with the projections of all of the previous users is just epic! I really love the predecessor and successor trope and that panel was just *chef's kiss* . Also, I think AFO was crying in the flashback maybe because he sees the second user as a family member and couldn't believe that he would betray him?

I feel the vestiges are going to sacrifice themselves one at a time to stop decay. I feel that Deku saying that this being the story of how he became the greatest hero wasnt because when he said that he has quirks at all. I think at the end Deku won’t have any quirks left and he’ll still be the greatest hero for taking down AFO once and for all
But what if Deku kills AFO and all the stolen quirks that AFO has stole returns back to their owners and Ragdoll gets her search quirk back and AFO reveal the real quirk that belongs to Deku and even Deku lose all OFA users and Deku gets a new quirk and he becomes a #1 Pro Hero by Endeavor’s vision

I believe that he will be able to control the last remaining dregs of OFA better since he'll be healed and healthy, yet the power won't last long once he either throws a couple punches or comes in at the last second to save Deku in a serious moment with a big punch.

I want to think that this is where the Shiggy vs Deku ends and that AFO’s actual successor is Spinner. Then Shiggy and Deku team up fighting an AFO juiced spinner, living out Tenko’s dream of becoming a hero.
I hope this ending comes to pass, shiggy and deku, plus bakugo if he gets back into the fight, will be devastating to anyone that steps up from here

As for why All For One is crying. My theory is that during the fight with the second user, his brother Yoichi got killed in the crossfire and All For One is lashing out at the second user, blaming him for his death.

Alright. I understand Gear Shift now much better than the last chapter. It seems to increase his speed almost tenfold. And my thoughts on the first pages of All for One and the 2nd user, what if it's because of his brother's passing? And the thought of the One For All being something that could be the fact that he wants to reconnect him with his brother - despite not knowing about Vestiges back then? I dunno.
Back to the Quirk, Gear Shift does pose like a threat to Tomura-AFO and turning the tables on the battle quite nicely. But when you said something about Inko (Deku's mom) about her ability; it made me go back to Midoriya's father - whom we haven't known as of now. The whole connection between everyone here is starting to weave a bit closer. Well...in my point of view of course.

Who wants to bet that when we get to see other fights going on at the UA floating Coffin,Denki might have a quirk awakening when fighting Spinner?I know he’s currently busy and I know about the state Spinners in right now, but imagine Denki getting a quirk awakening during battle with Spinner.I can possibly see Spinner threatening to snap Jirou’s neck,which would Trigger Kaminari a ton, being how he wanted to protect her in the first war and possibly in this war as well.

Let us begin. Now things didn’t go as I had hoped with moving onto the next fight this chapter but I am ENTHRALLED by this fight so let’s get into it. (Still no blinking but also another chapter of 5 seconds real time so I’m still ok with it. We’re getting into dragon ball minutes XD)
So we start with AFO and the 2nd holder. AFO is completely unharmed, and the 2nd is covered in blood. But he’s crying…either this has to do with AFO’s panic attack regarding the 2nd a number of chapters ago, or this battle resulted in the death of Yoichi, OFA the 1st. The landscape of the blazing city, standing on bodies, it genuinely looks like hell on earth. (And for AFO to be holding the 2nd must mean that OFA has already moved onto the 3rd.) I LOVE this. We know AFO’s strongest reign lasted from OFA 1-3 and prior. Also this isn’t the 1st time AFO stands on a mountain of bodies. It’s shown when All-Might reveals Float to Deku as the next quirk to unlock. Must’ve been just after killing the 2nd holder. (Still not sure how he knew and still all but certain we will be seeing an All-Might comeback)
Then we get back to AFS and Deku. It really occurs to me just how much OFA confuses the ever daylights out of AFO this chapter. The power’s evolution is ABSURD. And one that’s so complex and not at all easy to follow that requires basically all 9 holders holding meetings and asking, ok why the hell is this happening like this?! And it’s why I’m so certain of my OFA theory. And at the VERY least I’m proven the 100% is rising as I predicted. (And I’m SO proud of myself for figuring that out so far back. What a vindicating feeling.) Even if I’m still not at all convinced this is prime OFA that we’re looking at. I think that’ll come AFTER All-Might dies. But Deku is DEFINITELY in rank with Injured All-Might now and top it all off with all the quirks. Those explosions today were unmistakably close to All-Might’s. (Even if they’re the ones we’ve seen. Which means it’s 1/60th of all of OFA.)
Speaking of all the quirks, GOD this combo is OUTSTANDING. It’s going to WRECK Deku in this fight I’m sure. I can only imagine what will happen if he hits the recoils of all 7 quirks at once. Ruined parallel processing from the 3rd, whatever body ruining aspect from the 2nd, (theorizing for the others here) I assume overusing Blackwhip causes lack of grip, float will likely prevent him from getting off the ground and might even feel heavier, smokescreen…well…not sure. Maybe breathing problems? Danger sense should prevent him from being aware of his surroundings and keep him very tunnel visioned if he hits the recoil. And I can only assume the holders were worried about this happening in the rogue arc. And with the powered up OFA quirks, the recoils just have to be MUCH worse nowadays.
This combo of quirks was AWESOME. I got SERIOUS goosebumps as he did it. It’s like the stars of OFA all lined up to make that happen. And he blew RIGHT through AFS’s layered form. And…the stars of OFA appear for AFS? Don’t even know what that means yet. This fight just hasn’t begun yet. Until AFS gets to use his quirks, this fight just has NOT begun.
And we FINALLY get to see Spinner. He said he was going to free Kurogiri, which could COMPLETELY reshuffle the villains and completely change how fights are going. And I can only assume Machia, Mr. Compress, and…I don’t know, Redestro are also there to be freed. (Skeptic is doing something with a satellite. That’s why I got Redestro on the brain)
It’s amazing how much this FEELS like the end, but we all know we’re not even in the final phase. Things are STILL going to get even MORE crazy from here on out. And I’m loving every moment of it.
Did Shigaraki ever use the anti quirk formula that he stole from Overhaul ?
a bit strange for people think to consider #2's quirk underwhelming. the point of the one for all heritage is that it got passed between heroes who cared for humanity but also had weak enough quirks to fly under the radar of all for one (tho yes with some murkiness between the first 3 users). nd deku's redemption of that power is by using each in new ways. ne plus ultra horikoshi's whole rigmarole has been to give deku several stockpiling quirks 😂 it'll be great fun to see him ratchet up plus ultra times plus ultra times plus ultra
