Beautiful. The cool thing is that you have the party town of Cabo San Lucas and then the more relaxed and artsy San Jose del Cabo just a short drive away.
I have gone to San Jose Del Cabo once a year for almost a decade now. Wipes the floor with Cabo San Lucas, this place genuinely feels like a second home to me
Thank you for the comment, my daughter is getting married there in a couple of days, but I will not stay at the resort, very over rated, I prefer a kick back atmosphere where the people are not fake , an area with ambience
I really love that as you're walking along the street you're showing inside the restaurant and inside the shops instead of showing just your face the entire time as most travel videographers seem to do! I mean I'm sure your face is pleasant enough looking but I'm only travel video to see where the people are traveling!
We spent 7 nights in San Jose del Cabo in 2022. We stayed at Vidanta where you walked through. Nice place, because it was walking distance to Centro. At the beginning of your video you walked past a good Mexican restauraunt named Jazmin's. My good friend works there as a waiter. San Jose is the place for the older crowd who can do without the nightclubs. Thanks!
I was a bit skeptical about staying in San Jose but this video definitely let me know I did right. I been to Cabo San Lucas but im 40 now and im bringing my family wanted something more relax!! Thank you sure new follower??
Very cool! I landed in Cabo on the 20th of August but stayed at the marina in Cabo San Lucas. Took a small tour down the streets of San Jose Del Cabo and went to release baby turtles on the beach on the 23rd of August. The old town is quite a beautiful place and would enjoy staying there on the next visit to Cabo in the hotel Zone.

I am looking at retiring in San Jose and headed there in December to stay for the winter and make a decision. My 11 year old and husband have to like it, too since they will be settling in whatever town we decide to move to until my son finishes his education. I appreciate the videos and information to help me with booking the type of accommodations I'll want while wandering the Baja, this winter. Cheers!
San Jose is the locals town. North side of CSL is also locals. If you don't need to be close to the tourist areas, there are some nice new apartments west of Hwy 1, toward the mountains. I'm considering buying one. Been going to Los Cabos since 1989.
I’ve been to San Jose Del Cabo-17 years ago. Loved it, I’m shocked how clean it is. If you want to get constantly bothered by Drug Pushers go to Los Cabos, if you want to chill in safety go to San Jose Del Cabo.
Ohhhh Yes, What a beautiful place ( San Jose , Los Cabos) Was a secret spot compared to Cabo San Lucas until a few years ago....I plan on retiring there in about 5 years. Excellent video 👍🏼
Heading that way in a couple of days Staying in the Plaza Don Sanchez and Tamarindos for some grub, awesome Will tell them I was recommended due to your plug
I’m staying at Vidanta - The Grand Mayan right now. It is definitely not all inclusive. You have to pay for everything including water and coffee. We also ate at Los Claros - the place where you ate the yummy tacos. We loved it there!!
Thank you for the City Chamber Commerce tour of the gentrified sections of San Jose del Cabo. Also known areas known locally as the Privileged zones. Los Cabos is in the southern tip of the CBS desert. The communities on the periphery of this privileged zone are quite a bit drier and folks are scratching to support the zone. Why don’t you make a true video of the life outside the “zones” of these big resort destinations?
I am here now. In San Jose. I've noticed that everything closed early. And I don't like the crazy night scene in San Lucas. Does anyone know a good place to hang out in San Jose like a bar or somewhere to eat and drink. Preferably with music? Thanks.
I have a question! I am interviewing for a job in San Jose, and I’m trying to see if it’s a place where I’d like to live. Thanks for this video, it’s great to see a walking tour. But one thing that concerns me is that everything on the streets is written in English. All the signs are in English. English English everywhere. I don’t want to live in Mexico and live in an American colony that’s infested with American tourists. I speak Spanish and I want to improve it. Would you say that San Jose is Mexican? And by that I mean, is there a part of the city where the Mexicans live where there’s Mexican restaurants where the locals go, away from the American tourists? Also, how expensive are things. One of the perks of living in Mexico that everything is really cheap. Is everything in San Jose USA prices? And another question. It concerns me that I see nobody swimming in the beach. That’s the main reason I would want to move there- to be able to swim every day in the beach. Is that allowed there? Is the water too cold? Why is there nobody swimming in the water at the beach? If you could answer these questions, I would be very appreciative! Thanks.
I so prefer Jose Del Cabo more than the overly touristy San Jose Del Cabo. But, I think I prefer Los Barriles over both of them as a sleepy beach town with good restaurants and swimmable beaches.
what are the top cities in the states where you've seen a higher rate of african americans (other than Atlanta) not being racist, i just have a preference for black women and i wanna be in an area where there is enough opportunity to come acroos some kind an attractive melanated women peace

What’s the distance in between?

That’s lovely. How would you say san jose del cabo ranges when it comes to solo girl travelling safety?
@@thedailychailatteyou’ll be just fine! And you will love every second of it!

Yes. Do a video comparing the two cities. That would be cool 😎
I was a bit skeptical about staying in San Jose but this video definitely let me know I did right. I been to Cabo San Lucas but im 40 now and im bringing my family wanted something more relax!! Thank you sure new follower??

The two capes both so beautiful: the vibrant San Lucas and the quiet San José del Cabo😍👌☀️☀️☀️

It looks idyllic there for a beach vacation. Thanks for showing these places most of us from far afield won't get to see. From Scotland (uk).

Excellent introduction to this city. I find it more appealing than Cabo San Lucas.

The Centro area is so charming.Love it.What was the name of that boutique hotel u walked through?
Wow,Mexico,very nice,clean, I'm surprised!
Over their they have laws for the locals that do graffiti or rob or steal and make an example of you...especially what no tourism did for town
What happened to a video on Encinitas? I was waiting for it after your video on Tijuana!
Fantastic would like the comparison. Would love to see more condo and details there also.

You would be better off going South. The Baja is a bit Americanized generally speaking.
Can you move the camera any faster? I need to feel more seasick!
Thanks for sharing me and my husband will be in Cabo soon I love to visit the locals and not just stay at the resort.
