I can really recommend her channel. She has been to very exciting places. Sometimes I wish she stopped at more places than she does, but I'm very impressed that she googled information about the places she's at. She's a tough chick and she's always so positive.
As I have been told, the tradition of pancakes and pea soup is that when Sweden was Catholic we fasted on Fridays, therefore they ate extra filling food on Thursdays.
She has a youtube channel "Itchy boots" documenting her touring the world on her bike. She is currently traveling through Africa. Great channel!

On "where did they go?", there are several guard posts all around the castle so they walk a full circle to replace every guard (was there myself in 93).

The highway to Nynäshamn from Stockholm passes right by the Globe arena, so she chose a good route I’d say.
Btw, it’s pronounced Ny-näs-hamn. There’s no ”shamn” in there. Hamn means harbour btw.
Nynäshamn would literally translate to New-Isthmus-Harbor.
As a mc-riding Swede i can 100% recommend both riding a bike on Gotland and eating ärtsoppa med pannkakor (pea-soup with pancakes)!
