Most likely because f it being realtime. Also could be minimal shadows settings that cause this.

I did exterior animation in Twinmotion for the.first time having issue with too muchh flickering in lumen as well as in pathtracer what to do

In medium setting it will not appear u have to pick high setting or ultra for lumen button to aprear
