- This 30 minute standing pilates workout will help to build Stronger Legs, Better Balance and Core control. There'll be lots of fun balance challenges and exercises to really work the Leg, Hip and Core Muscles. Prepare for shaky legs during and post class as it will be based on my Pilates and Dance background and will contain pulses, plies and lots of muscle burning movements. But don't worry, we'll have a lovely stretch at the end! It can be used as a warm up to a longer workout or standalone as daily workout or active recovery session.

am 88 and had a stroke 2 1/2 years ago. Often dizzy, but your pilates exercises are helping. Do English Country dance every week and has been even better since following your videos

I'm a fairly fit 65 year old and I found this workout a few weeks ago. The first time I tried it, I only managed a few of the exercises. I went back to it a few days later and managed a little more. Today was my 4th, attempt and I completed the whole workout. I can actually feel myself getting stronger and more centered. I can't wait to feel even stronger by adding this to my exercise routine. I've got so many injuries. Rotary cuff pain. Knee and upper leg pain from an unfortunate mishap with gym electronic gate, 😢 hitting my legs.
It's been there weeks now. Still in pain. However I'm telling myself my legs are ok and did this work out last night and think i might give it another go. Feeling some pain.

Wow, this was one challenging workout. I don't know why I thought that since I walked 3.5km 2 days ago, that I could do this workout easily. I almost skipped it. But I'm glad I did do it. It was really challenging. At one point I thought, it was brutal, but I slowed down and hung in there. My legs and glutes got a intense workout. This is why you're my number one trainer on UA-cam. I appreciate your gentle spirit and encouragement. Keep up the excellent work.

I love this one even though it’s a toughie you can really feel it in your legs and feet but good to work on balance just done this as a Wednesday lunchtime pick me up 🥵.
OMG. When am I going to learn. I did a full body strength training with dumbbells before this workout. That was not smart. I did not need it. This workout is all I needed. Thanks for the awesome workout. Have a great day!

Wow! 🥵 but particularly helpful for my balance issues - right side ataxia makes it challenging to put weight on right leg, lift heel, so I’m glad you said it’s ok to hold a chair! Still a great, tough class - had to pause a few times to stretch right foot and ankle, started to cramp and shake, but I jumped back in😅love the new workout gear, very flattering, and cool I bet - I hope you don’t get the severe heat in uk 🇬🇧 this summer, but that suit will come in handy if you do! Thanks for this amazing session, I will definitely repeat it!🥵🦵🏻🦶🏻💪🏻🍑😂

Can you please make a 15 minute video similar to this one ??? 🙏🏽🙏🏽. The knee opening/plié move has been really helpful for correcting some pelvic instability, not to mention strengthening the glutes ;)
