On the topic of bee stings and related fears: I was stung by a wasp when I was two. My mom had taken my older siblings and me to the local library. I had a satisfactory book in my hands and was waiting patiently in a chair while my siblings continued to browse. Unbeknownst to me, a wasp had somehow (for no discernible reason) crawled up one of my pantlegs and was hanging out behind my knee. As little kids do, I began to kick my legs back and forth. Whenever my right leg swung backwards, I felt an uncomfortable sharp pain behind my knee. Having no idea what was happening I became distraught and told my mother "The chair bit me!" She didn't know what to make of that. By the time we got home I was still distressed over the discomfort behind my knee, so mom rolled up the pantleg to take a look, which is when the wasp flew out. I had at least half a dozen stings in that one spot. My mother executed the wasp with extreme prejudice. I'm wary of bees, too, but not as much as I am of wasps. *Wasps are jerks.*
I, too, am terrified of bees since I was attacked by an entire swarm when I was little and was stung about three times. I also had a wasp inside a can of V8 Fusion that I spat out when I felt it in my mouth, where it stung my hand. Then I was stung by two more wasps when at camp. Those three events happened years apart though. But that’s why I’m absolutely terrified of bees and wasps.
This video has been out for literally forever and I would like to say that being stung by a bee when it’s in a coke can is the worst and I feel Blues pain
