You forgot to add Jeph Loeb's Superman Batman comics which are my favorite 2000s comics! With stories like Public Enemies, Last Daughter of Krypton, and Super Tyrants which have President Luthor, the Return of Supergirl, & 3 evil Legionaries who rewrite Superman and Batman's origins making Superman and Batman into tyrants while also killing the other DC heroes!
Those are great but During that Time DC had So much to offer.Like The Superman run by Joe kelly.JLA by Morrison,Waid and Kelly etc
Geoff Johns was the Main Reason DC flourished during the 1997-2011 time.His Run on JSA,Flash,Green lantern ,Teen Titans Justice society and Other mini series like Infinite crisis, Blackest Night and Green Lantern Rebirth and Flash Rebirth were My favourites and also Quality writing respecting these Characters.

The Doom Patrol by Grant Morrison, Saga Of The Swamp Thing by Alan Moore, Aquaman & The Flash by Geoff Johns, Batman by Scott Snyder & Tom King.
My top 5 DC characters are
1. Batman
2. The Flash
3. Shazam
4. Aquaman
5. Swamp Thing
This was near perfect, I mean really well done like a majority of your vids, but I disagree with you on Ron Marz/Winnick’s Kyle - Green Lantern run, you can’t throw that in with all the other duds from that era. One man’s opinion. Both Marz and Winnick especially his Outsiders and Green Arrow runs, are very underrated.
I was on the fence about citing Marz, though he’s not a favorite of mine. Winick is the one who made Rayner interesting to me. I like his green lantern run very much. And his Green Arrow and Outsiders even more. I just wasn’t able to include everything and there are better runs. By the way, have you ever read Winick’s Pedro and Me? Highly recommended! I cry every time

Man you can basically a create a 1h long video with this style talking about all of these hacks and how they (unfortunately) entered this industry: from Tini Howard to Mags Visaggio
You should have added Venditti's Hal Jordan and the Green Lantern Corps instead of Morrison's The Green Lantern. Venditti's run was way superior. Morrison's was way too short and confusing.
